Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a process and an application method for 3D printing supplies. The used raw materials comprise the following main ingredients in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of impact resistantpolystyrene, 10-20 parts of a plasticizer, 50-60 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 20-30 parts of PLA (Polylactic Acid), 1-5 parts of an antioxidant, 1-5 parts of a coupling agent, 1-3 parts of a lubricating agent and 1-3 parts of an enhancer. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1, adding 50-60 parts of impact resistant polystyrene, 50-60 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and 20-30 parts of PLA into a mixer, mixing for 5-10 minutes, and uniformly dispersing the materials so as to obtain mixed materials; and 2, adding 10-20 parts of the plasticizer, 1-5 parts of the antioxidant, 1-5 parts of the coupling agent, 1-3 parts of the lubricating agent and 1-3 parts of the enhancer into the mixed materials.
