Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing high-purity white solid capsaicin. The method comprises the following steps: purifying low-quality capsicum oleoresin in a suitable impurity removal treatment manner to remove viscous water-soluble substances and high-polarity components in order to make the content of capsaicin in the obtained solution higher than 60%, carrying out gel separation onthe obtained sample solution, concentrating a colorless capsaicin-containing part in obtained fraction, heating and dissolving the obtained concentrate in a crystallization solvent, and then carryingout low-temperature crystallization. The method has the following advantages: the form and color of capsaicin are changed by impurity removal and crystallization, so the total capsaicin content of theproduct is equal to or more than 98%, and the whiteness value is equal to or more than 70; no acids, alkalis, bleaching agents, adsorbents, clathrates or other additives are introduced in the whole process; the method is a phy |
