The method comprises the following steps: periodically receiving the basic information of the train sent by the locomotive integrated wireless communication equipment on each normally running train through the railway mobile communication private network; obtaining each proximity early warning target and corresponding proximityearly warning information according to the basic information of each train and the basic information of each proximity early warning candidate target periodically reported; and sending the proximitywarning information corresponding to each proximity warning target to each proximity warning target through the railway mobile communication private network respectively. The system and apparatus areused to perform the method described above. The traveling warning method, system and device can send the warning information to the matched warning target, and the accuracy of the warning is improved.
