The processing technology for the explosion-proof shell for the power off instrument comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing an alloy core body layer; (2) manufacturing a composite material layer; (3) manufacturing a double-layered explosion-proof glass; (4) successively overlaying the composite material layer panel, the alloy core body layer and the double-layered explosion-proof glass and thermally pressing and compounding the same through a crosslinking adhesive to prepare a panel coarse blank; (5) spraying a fireproof coating; (6) cleaning and drying the panels; (7) tailoring the panels; and (8) assembling the panels.
