The calendaring process comprises the steps: firstly, operation of forming a semi-finished aluminum plate from an aluminum ingot, namely sequentially carrying out heating, temperature control, calendaring, straightening and cutting-off on the aluminum ingot to form the semi-finished aluminum plate; secondly, cooling, namely naturally cooling the semi-finished aluminum plate; and thirdly, forming a finished product from the semi-finished aluminum plate,namely sequentially carrying out heating, temperature control, calendaring, straightening and cutting-off on the semi-finished aluminum plate to form the plate of the high-purity aluminum target forthe TFT liquid crystal display panel wiring layer, wherein the pressing amount of the last pressing extension is X which is larger than 50% and is smaller than 70%.
