Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an unattended cloud queuing method and system, and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle enters a lane, monitoring the situation of the vehicle to enter the lane via a lane device so as to generate alarm information, and transmitting the alarm information to a cloud queuing machine; and judging, by the cloud queuing machine, an idle state of a current cloud agent by monitoring the situation of the cloud agent, and pushing the alarm information to an operation screen corresponding to the corresponding cloud agent according to the idle state ofthe current cloud agent, so that the personnel corresponding to the cloud agent processes the alarm information through the operation screen. By adoption of the method, the order of an offline parking lot can be effectively maintained, meanwhile optimal allocation of resources can be realized, and the cost of the parking lot is greatly reduced.
