The phase change energy pile comprises a pile body, a reinforcing cage, aheat exchange tube, concrete and a plurality of steel balls, wherein the reinforcing cage, the heat exchange tube, the concrete and the plurality of steel balls are arranged in the pile body, the heat exchange tube is fixed to the inner side of the reinforcing cage, the concrete is filled in gaps among the pile body, the reinforcing cage and the heat exchange tube, the steel balls are uniformly distributed in the concrete, phase change materials are arranged in the steel balls in a sealing mode, and a heat exchange carrier is arranged in the heat exchange tube.
