Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a two-way overrunning clutch capable of realizing two-way driving of a driving piece, two-way joint of a driven piece, two-way driving of the driven piece and two-way overrunning of the driving piece, in particular to a spherical slope type two-way overrunning clutch. In a traditional two-way overrunning clutch, a rolling column type two-way overrunning clutch and a wedgedblock type two-way overrunning clutch are mainly provided, and both achieve the functions of realizing two-way joint through rotation of the driving piece and realizing two-way braking through rotation of the driven piece; and the two two-way overrunning clutches cannot achieve the function of two-way overrunning through driving by the driven piece.
