Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a porous filter material taking a prealloyed CrMoNbTiZr high-entropy alloy as a raw material and a preparation technology of the filter material. A powder atomization technology and a powder metallurgy process are combined. The process of preparing the porous material comprises the following steps: weighing metal raw materials such as Cr, Mo, Nb, Ti and Zr according to an equal molar ratio or a nearly equal molar ratio, melting into metal liquid in a medium frequency induction melting furnace, and performing gas atomization to become prealloyed solid powder; doping gluewith powder, drying, performing compression molding, and performing vacuum sintering, thereby obtaining the material disclosed by the invention.
