Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of functional foods, and discloses a compound microbial inoculant having an intestinal flora regulating function as well as a preparation method and an application of the compound microbial inoculant. The compound microbial inoculant having the intestinal flora regulating function contains Lactobacillus gasseri and Bifidobacterium longum in the viable count ratiobeing (0.5-1.5):1, the preservation number of Lactobacillus gasseri is CGMCC No.15501, and the preservation number of Bifidobacterium longum is CGMCC No.15503. The method for preparing the compound microbial inoculant includes the step of mixing Lactobacillus gasseri and Bifidobacterium longum. The invention further discloses the application of the compound microbial inoculant to preparation of the functional foods for regulating intestinal floras.
