Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for determining attribute of crystalline grains in a metal material. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an attenuation coefficient of the metal material based on a standard test sample; detecting the to-be-determined metal material to acquire various data for the to-be-determined metal material; and comparing the attenuation coefficient of the standard test sample with the detected various data to determine the attribute of crystalline grains in the metal material. The method can determine the crudeness or fineness grade of the crystalline grains of the metal material rapidly in a nondestructive manner, can improve the field product detection efficiency in production testing, is an economic and applicable detection method, is of usability applicability and is simple and rapid, economic and applicable and high in detection efficiency. The invention also provides a device for determining attribute of crystalline grains in the metal material.
