Integrated device for electrically adjustable bypass valve and electronically controlled three-way valve

The present invention provides an integrated device (103) for an electrically adjustable bypass valve and an electronically controlled three-way valve, having two inlets (8, 9) and an outlet (10). Theintegrated device is placed in a heating system with one or two heating circuits. The integrated device comprises a valve body (7) and a valve shaft (5), and the valve shaft (5) is provided with a spring (4), and the end of the spring (4) is clamped between the two elastic seals (1, 2). One of the two elastic seals (1, 2) is fixedly fixed on the valve shaft (5) and placed at either end of the spring (4), and the other one of the two elastic seals (1, 2) is placed at the other end of the spring (4) and is free to move in the axial direction of the valve shaft (5). The integrated device also includes an electric drive (6) having a linear stroke to adjust the preload on the spring (4).
