The tunnel arching mounting manipulator includes an arching grabbing assembly, and further includes a lifting assembly, a hinging assembly and a multidirectional rotation assembly, wherein the lifting assembly drives the arch grabbing assembly to move to an arching placing position or an arching mounting position, the hinging assembly drives the arching grabbing assembly to rotate to the position near or away from an arching placing plane, and the multidirectional rotation assembly realizes multi-directional rotation ofthe arching grabbing assembly. The multidirectional rotation assembly comprises two mutually perpendicular rotary reducers, the two ends of the hinging assembly are connected with the lifting assemblyand one of the rotary reducers correspondingly, and the other one of the rotary reducers is connected with the arching grabbing assembly.
