Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of deep processing of plant fibers, and particularly discloses a preparation method of an oil-absorption and hydrophobic loofah sponge cellulose compositefiber. The method includes the steps: performing enzymolysis on dried loofah sponge fibers and chitosan after enzymolysis by cellulase and papain by compound enzymes formed by pectinase, laccase and hemicellulase, sequentially treating materials by NMMO*H2O solution, performing defoaming treatment and the like to obtain modified loofah sponge cellulose, mixing the modified loofah sponge celluloseand the chitosan after enzyme treatment, and completely dissolving mixture in dimethyl formamide solution at the temperature of 50+/-5 DEG C to obtain loofah sponge cellulose/chitosan electrostatic spinning fluid; treating the loofah sponge cellulose/chitosan electrostatic spinning fluid, and performing thermo-crosslinking treatment to obtain the loofah sponge cellulose/chitosan composite fiber.
