Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a powder material for a corrosion resistant cladding layer on the bolt surface. The powder material is prepared from the following elements in percentage by weight: 0.06 to 0.1weight percent of C, 0.5 to 1 weight percent of Si, 0.5 to 1 weight percent of Mn, 16 to 20 weight percent of Cr, 5 to 6 weight percent of Ni, 4 to 5 weight percent of Cu, 2 to 8 weight percent of Mo, 0.4 to 0.8 weight percent of Nb and the balance of Fe, wherein the content of impurities in the powder is required to meet the conditions that S is smaller than or equal to 0.030 weight percent andP is smaller than or equal to 0.035 weight percent. The powder material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the locking problem due to rusting between a bolt and a fastening nut thereofis effectively solved, the safety of a bolt connecting structure can be remarkably improved, and service life of the bolt is prolonged.
