Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses preparation process for porous metal material, which includes the following steps: (1) tackifing the melt: melting the metal material, adding 1-2 percent of tackifier into themetal melt after melting, and stirring for 25 minutes at the stirring speed of 2000 r/min; (2) mixing potassium carbonate crystals: adding potassium carbonate crystals of 2-5% of the volume of the tackifying metal melt into the tackifying metal melt prepared in the step (1), stirring for 5 minutes at 2000r/min, and mixing the potassium carbonate crystals with the tackifying metal melt. The preparation process of the porous metal material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the whole process is low in investment cost, no foaming agent is needed, vacuum is used and inert gas is introduced to generate pores, and sodium carbonate crystals which are soluble in water are added into the metal melt, thereby porosity of the metal material is increased.
