The method includes steps of treating nanometer barium titanate by silane coupling agents to obtain pretreated nanometer barium titanate; dispersing the pretreated nanometer barium titanate in cyclohexane, utilizing triethylamine as a catalyst, adding tetraethoxysilane into the pretreated nanometer barium titanate and carrying out reaction to obtain nanometer silicon oxide/nanometer barium titanate core-shell materials; mixing the obtained nanometer silicon oxide/nanometer barium titanate core-shell materials, absolute ethyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, polyvinylidene fluoride resin, cross-linking agents and curing agents with one another to obtain mixed liquid; pouring the mixed liquid in containers, carrying out drying and defoaming treatment on the mixed liquid, ultimately carrying out hot-press treatment, and cooling products until the temperatures of the products reach the room temperature so as to obta |
