The method comprises the steps of filtering off large solid impurities from breeding waste water through a grid and a hydraulic screen, allowing the waste water to enter a sewage regulation tank for water quantity and water quality regulation, conveying the waste water into a UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) reactor for anaerobic treatment, dividing the waste water into a gas phase, a liquid phase and a solid phase through a three-phase separator, conveying the liquid phase into anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic equipment for denitrification and dephosphorization, allowing the waste water to enter artificial wetland to further remove a COD (chemical oxygen dema
