Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a space debris despinning device and method for changing moment of inertia distribution by an adsorption mass block. The device comprises a service spacecraft main body installed with a solar panel. An absorbent mass block is positioned on top of that ejection device and can be ejected. Each surface of the adsorption mass is uniformly distributed with an adsorption assemblyfor connection with a target. The angular acceleration and angular velocity of the target are changed by changing the moment of inertia distribution of the target by firing the absorptive mass at a specific position on the target, so as to realize the fast elimination of the rotation of the target while minimizing the influence on the service spacecraft. 本发明公开了种利用吸附式质量块改变转动惯量分布的空间碎片消旋装置和消旋方法,该装置包括安装有太阳能帆板的服务航天器主体,服务航天器主体表面上分布有吸附式质量块和弹射装置;吸附式质量块位于弹射装置顶部并能够被弹出;所述的吸附式质量块的各个表面均匀地分布着用于和目标连接的吸附组件。通过向目标上特定位置发射吸附式质量块,改变目标的转动惯量分布,从而改变目标的角加速度,进而改变目标的角速度,在尽可能地减小对服务航天器影响的要求下,实现对目标的快速消旋。
