The method may include obtaining a first electrical parameter value of a sensor of the friction disk; thesensor is worn synchronously with the friction plate, and the thickness information of the friction plate corresponds to the electrical parameter value of the sensor; determining a first thickness information of the friction plate according to a first electrical parameter value of the sensor; calculating the usable mileage of the friction disk based on the first thickness information and the average usage amount information of the friction disk. The invention can obtain the remaining thickness of the friction disk in real time through the electrical parameter value of the sensor of the friction disk.
