The upper end of the hydraulic transmission device iswelded with two fixed plates, a plurality of limit holes are arranged on the fixed plates, a limit pin is inserted into the limit hole, a rotating shaft is arranged between the two fixed plates, therotating shaft is inserted into the fixed wrench, a first fixing ring is arranged at the upper end of the fixed wrench, and a fixing block is arranged at the upper right end of the first fixing ring.A hydraulic rod is built in the hydraulic transmission device, the connecting plate is arranged at the right end of the hydraulic rod, a rotating pin is arranged in the connecting plate, the rotatingpin is inserted into the movable wrench, and a second fixing ring is arranged at the upper end of the movable wrench.
