Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for remedying heavy metal pollution in an in-situ manner by the aid of mycorrhization plants. Indigenous microorganisms in tailing areas are utilized by the aid of thetechnical method, and culture and expanding propagation are carried out on mucor circinelloides of dominant micro-floras after the indigenous microorganisms are screened and separated; plants, with luxuriant root systems, salt and alkaline resistance and heavy metal accumulation effects, of the solanum nigrum section, the medicago sativa section and kochia scoparia category are selected to be usedas target plants, root infection is carried out on the mucor circinelloides to form the mycorrhization plants, the activity of the roots of the plants can be reinforced, and heavy metal accumulationand degradation effects can be improved. Compared with existing plant remediation technologies, the method has the advantages of high remediation efficiency, simplicity in operation, high environmental adaptability and applicab
