Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for treating toxic sludge. The sludge whose solid content is about 0.5-20% is extruded by belt filter-press, and then is concentrated by high-strength pressure, and then after having been treated the sludge is changed in form, and its solid content is more high. The dehydrated sludge is passed through such steps of heating, flash evaporation and/or centrifugation, and is mixed with supplementary fuels, such as liquid hydrocarbon type fuel and/or solid carbon-contained fuel so as to produce a pumpable fuel slurry with about 50-70% of total solid content, about 10-40% of dehydrated sludge and higher heat valve. Besides a synthetic gas and/or fuel gas can be produced by means of partial oxidation in conventional carburator and the heat energy being in heated by-product steam and waste gas flow can be used for heating dehydrated sludge.
