The invention relates to a breaker and a contact travel measuring device thereof. The device includes an installation rack; the installation rack is provided with an angular displacement sensor; the angular displacement sensor includes a sensor rotating shaft; a swing rod is rotatably assembled on the installation rack, provided with a connecting structure used for connecting a moving contact lever of the breaker, and in synchronous drive connection with the sensor rotating shaft through one of the following ways: (1) the swing rod is assembled on the sensor rotating shaft through a standstilllocking manner; and (2) the swing rod is rotatably assembled on the installation rack through an intermediate shaft and in integrated arrangement or assembling through the standstill locking manner with the intermediate shaft, and the intermediate shaft is in synchronous drive connection with the sensor rotating shaft.
