Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to 12Cr1MoV low-alloy heat-resistant steel and a production process thereof. The 12Cr1MoV low-alloy heat-resistant steel is prepared from the following chemical components by weight percentage: 0.08-0.15% of C, 0.15-0.30% of Si, 0.40-0.60% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.03% of P, less than or equal to 0.03% of S, 0.90-1.10% of Cr, 0.25-0.35% of Mo, 0.15-0.28% of V, 0.025-0.05% of Als and the balance of Fe. The production process of the heat-resistant steel adopts a process of rolling control, relaxation and on-line low-temperature tempering, and can be used for efficiently preparing the ferrite and pearlite type 12Cr1MoV low-alloy heat-resistant steel with good comprehensive performance with low cost.
