Yttrium cerium rare earth polishing powder and preparation process thereof

The invention relates to yttrium cerium rare earth polishing powder. The yttrium cerium rare earth polishing powder is prepared from the following components according to the mass percent of rare earth: 0.2 to 60 percent of Y2O3/TREO, 40 to 99.8 percent of CeO2/TREO, and 0 to 15 percent of F/TREO. The polishing powder is obtained by adopting a rare earth salt solution comprising yttrium and ceriumas main raw materials in steps of synthesis, washing, filtering, calcining, crushing grading and the like. The prepared rare earth polishing powder is uniform in particle shape, small in loose specific gravity, small in consumption, and long in service life. 种钇铈稀土抛光粉，其成份按稀土质量比计，YO/TREO：0.2%-60%；CeO/TREO：40%-99.8%；F为TREO质量比的0-15%。该抛光粉以含钇和铈的稀土盐溶液为主要原料，经过合成、洗涤、过滤、煅烧、破碎分级等工序获得,所制备的稀土抛光粉颗粒形貌均匀，松装比重小，用量小，使用寿命长的稀土抛光粉。
