The waste water with other indexes meeting the toilet flushing water quality requirements of Urban Sewage Reutilization Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality after the chromaticity being removed by virtue of the biochemical treatment, and the method comprises the steps of primary discoloration treatment and secondary discoloration treatment.
