Plastic tray preparation method

A purpose of the present invention is to disclose a plastic tray preparation method, which comprises: (1) carrying out pushing cutting on a tray molding member to form a long hole on one side surface;and (2) carrying out pushing cutting on the tray molding member to form a long hole on the adjacent side surface. Compared with the method in the prior art, the method of the present invention has the following characteristics that the tray molding member is processed by using the pushing cutting so as to reduce the mold cost and the equipment cost and effectively reduce the molding period of theplastic tray, the structure is simple and practical, and the purpose of the present invention is achieved. 本发明的目的在于公开种塑料托盘的制备方法，它包括如下步骤：（1）将托盘成型件通过推切方式从个侧面推切出长孔；（2）将托盘成型件通过推切方式从相邻的另个侧面推切出长孔；与现有技术相比，通过推切方式加工托盘成型件，减少了模具和设备的成本，能有效地减少塑料托盘的成型周期，结构简单，十分实用，实现本发明的目的。
