Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a non-orthogonal multiple access joint bandwidth and rate allocation method based on simulated annealing algorithm. Firstly, a base station BS transmits data through a non-orthogonal frequency division multiple access technology to provide data flow service for a mobile terminal. Then, the system characteristics are analyzed and the problem is transformed into top-level problem and bottom-level problem. According to the characteristics of the converted bottom layer problem, an efficient algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Finally, the output of the algorithm issubstituted for the top layer problem to obtain the optimal bandwidth and rate allocation value. The invention applies NOMA technology to data transmission in wireless cellular network. In order to realize downlink non-orthogonal multiple access energy-saving transmission, bandwidth and rate are considered jointly, and bandwidth and rate are allocated jointly to realize the most energy-efficientdata transmission on the p |
