Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a transgenic rice detection device and a detection method thereof. The transgenic rice detection device comprises a grinding tank, a titanium filter net, a silicon carbide grinding head, a fixed sleeve, a spring, a collecting box, a base, a fixed rod, a movable groove, a fixed ring, a support rod and a sliding chute. The grinding tank is arranged inside the box body; the titanium filter net is arranged inside the grinding tank; the silicon carbide grinding head is arranged on the upper side of the titanium filter net; the spring is sleeved on the annular side surface ofa movable rod; the fixed sleeve is sleeved on the annular side surface of the spring; and the collecting box is arranged at the bottom of the grinding tank. The design improves the detection efficiency.
