Interlayer cloth rubber material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an interlayer cloth rubber material. A polyester cotton fabric is adopted a framework material, a polyurethane elastomer solution is adopted as bottom coating glue, and nitrilerubber is adopted as surface coating glue. According to the interlayer cloth rubber material, the polyester cotton fabric is treated by the polyurethane elastomer solution instead of being subjectedto special RFL and other pretreatment, and then excellent binding capability can be achieved. Through selection of the specific framework material, bottom coating glue and surface coating glue, the interlayer cloth rubber material has the advantages that the water absorption rate is low, the binding strength is maintained high, and the dimensional stability of a vulcanized product is high. The interlayer cloth rubber material is particularly applicable to a framework material of an offshore wind turbine main shaft seal.
