The emulsion is mainly prepared from, by weight, 19.3-24.9 parts of acrylic monomers, 20-24.2parts of styrene, 1.5-2.42 parts of tetramethyl-4-piperidinol, 1.5-2.42 parts of epoxide, 0.75-1.6 parts of emulsifier and 5.6-6 parts of initiator. The high-weather-resistance styrene-acrylic emulsion is good in weather resistance, is used for external wall coating, is high in light-retaining property and reduces the pulverization phenomenon. 本发明公开了种强耐候的苯丙乳液及其制备方法，主要由重量份数的如下原料制成：19.3-24.9份的丙烯酸单体，20-24.2份的苯乙烯，1.5-2.42份的四甲基哌啶醇，1.5-2.42份的环氧化物，0.75-1.6份的乳化剂和5.6-6份的引发剂；本发明强耐候的苯丙乳液耐候性好，用于外墙涂料，保光性强，减缓粉化现象的发生。
