Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of aluminum carbide powder, and discloses a method for preparing aluminum carbide powder by plasma ball milling. The method includes (1) uniformly mixing aluminum powder and graphite powder and conducting ball milling with a plasma ball mill under protection of inert atmosphere to obtain mixed powder; (2) sintering the mixed powder obtained in the step (1) under protection of flowing inert atmosphere at 600-1000 DEG C to prepare the aluminum carbide powder. The plasma ball mill is adopted to activate and refine original powder and introduce cold field plasmas into the mechanical ball milling process, the efficiency of the ball milling can be improved, the powder activity is higher, and the activation energy is greatly reduced.
