The invention discloses a novel fixing tool for a chair seat and a backrest. The novel fixing tool comprises a base and a supporting table. A chair seat storing table and a chair seat fixing table aresequentially fixed to the positions, in front of the supporting table, of the base from front to back. A horizontal cross beam is fixed to the position, over the chair seat fixing table, of the frontside of the supporting table. A backrest support fixing table is arranged above the cross beam, and a pressing block moving vertically is arranged on the position, above the backrest support fixing table, of the supporting table.
