The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of enabling dialkylamine and chloropropyl methyl dimethoxysilane to have a reaction so as to obtain N, N-dialkyl-aminopropyl methyl alkoxysilane; then enabling octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, amino-contained methyl alkoxysilane and the N, N-dialkyl-aminopropyl methyl alkoxysilane to have an equilibrium reaction so as to obtain amino co-polymerization silicone oil; enabling the amino co-polymerization silicone oil and a quaternization reagent to have a quaternization reaction so as to obtain amino-contained quaternization silicone oil; and enabling Hummers method oxidized graphene to be dispersed in deionized water, and adding the amino-contained quaternization silicone oil for treatment, so as to obtain the graphene hair dyeing agent.
