Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cotton cloth zipper and a manufacturing method thereof, discloses a cotton cloth zipper and solves the problem of zipper dyeing nonuniformity in the prior art. The cotton cloth zipper comprises a zipper tape and zipper teeth, the zipper tape is a cotton cloth woven tape provided with a reinforcing cloth adhesive layer by hot melting, and the reinforcing cloth adhesive layer comprises a cotton cloth base layer, a resin protecting layer, a cloth adhesive permeable layer and a hot melting adhesive layer. The resin protecting layer is arranged on the cotton cloth base layer, the hot melting adhesive layer is arranged on the back surface of the cloth adhesive permeable layer which is arranged on the back surface of the cotton cloth base layer, and the cloth adhesive permeable layer is prepared by mixing of polyether glycol, toluene diisocynate, thermoplastic phenolic resin, a plasticizer and castor oil according to a weight ratio of (20-65):(1-10):(1-15):(0.1-0.5):(0.2-0.4).
