The fine bean mash stuffing is prepared from, by weight, fine bean mash, linseed oil and sugar according to the ratio of (1.4-1.8):(0.8-1.2):(0.03-0.07), wherein the linseed oil is prepared by a debittering and fishy smell elimination method, the fine bean mash is prepared by grinding detoxified and cured soybeans,and the sugar is healthy low-sugar such as isomaltulose, xylitol or trehalose.
