Zusammenfassung:The present application provides a method and apparatus for pushing user questions based on a knowledge map, wherein the correlation analysis is periodically carried on the multiple questions which the user proposed and has the correlation, the relevance of user problems in different dimensions is taken into account, finally, the preset number of high-related keywords corresponding to each type ofuser behavior keywords is obtained, and the corresponding relationship between each type of user behavior keywords and high-related keywords is written into the established customer service center knowledge map, so as to accurately locate the user problems and the relationship between user problems.
