Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An improved power converter is provided to increase the preventing effect of the jumpy voltage by a recovery of a snubber diode. CONSTITUTION: The power converter comprises: withdrawal terminals(31,32) from a snubber module(6) inserted in a terminal of an IGBT module(30) having an IGBT1; a series contacting body of a snubber condenser(8) and a snubber diode(10) formed in a snubber module(6); a CD snubber contacted between the withdrawal terminal 31 and the withdrawal terminal 32; a CR snubber(22) formed by a series contacting body of a second condenser(18) and a resistor(20) by parallel contacting in the diode(10). Thereby the wiring inductance is prevented minifying by being able to wiring inside a minimum space by integrally modulating the CD snubber and the CR snubber, and by collecting inside the same package.
