Zusammenfassung: | The invention aims at providing a method for improving the Cr-Mn-N austenitic stainless steel surface hardness. The method is characterized in that gas carburizing treatment is conducted on the Cr-Mn-N austenitic stainless steel surface by adopting a pulsed carburizing technology, carburizing treatment is conducted in a tube-type heating furnace, electric resistance wire heating is conducted, a certain amount of CO, N2 and H2 are introduced as needed, and salt bath nitriding pretreatment is conducted on a sample preferably before gas carburizing treatment. According to the method, the Cr-Mn-Naustenitic stainless steel surface hardness can be improved, then the service life is prolonged, and the running reliability is improved.
本发明的目的在于提供种提高Cr-Mn-N奥氏体不锈钢表面硬度的方法,其特征在于:采用脉冲式渗碳工艺对Cr-Mn-N奥氏体不锈钢表面进行气体渗碳处理,渗碳处理在管式加热炉中进行,电阻丝加热,根据需要通入定量的CO、N和H,气体渗碳处理前优选对试样进行盐浴渗氮预处理。该方法可以提高Cr-Mn-N奥氏体不锈钢表面硬度,进而提高其使用寿命以及运行可靠性。 |
