The invention discloses a medical degradable stapler and a preparation method thereof. The stapler is made of degradable magnesium or magnesium alloy, and comprises two identical anastomosis rings. Aplurality of fixing pins are arranged on each anastomosis ring, a plurality of fixing buckles and a plurality of clamping grooves, and the fixing pins are uniformly arranged on the anastomotic surfaces of the anastomosis rings and used for fixing intestinal tissue and preventing the intestinal tissue from moving during anastomosis. The fixing buckles are uniformly arranged on the anastomotic surfaces of the anastomosis rings, and the clamping grooves are formed in the outer sides of the anastomosis rings; the fixing buckle of one anastomosis ring is clamped to the clamping groove of the otheranastomosis ring, so that the fixing pins on the anastomosis rings fix the intestinal tissue to achieve anastomosis. The stapler is convenient to use, firm in fixing, capable of facilitating development and degradable after op
