Precoated metal plate

This precoated metal plate is provided with a metal plate and a coating film which is formed on at least one surface of the metal plate and contains a flake pigment and a white pigment having an average particle diameter of 200-400 nm and a content of 0.5-4.0% by mass, while having a film thickness of 5-30 [mu]m. The white pigment is composed of at least one substance selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zinc oxide, barium sulfate, basic carbonates and silica; and if A is the content (mass%) of the flake pigment and B is the content (mass%) of the white pigment in the coatingfilm, the value of B/A is within the range of 0.03-0.27. 该预涂金属板具备：金属板；和涂膜，所述涂膜被设置于上述金属板的至少个表面上，含有光亮颜料和平均粒径为200～400nm且含量为0.5～4.0质量％的白色颜料，膜厚为5～30μm，其中，上述白色颜料为选自氧化钛、氧化锌、硫酸钡、碱性碳酸盐及二氧化硅中的至少1种，在将上述涂膜中的上述光亮颜料的含量以质量％为单位计设定为A、将上述白色颜料的含量以质量％为单位计设定为B时，B/A的值为0.03～0.27。
