Zusammenfassung:In the present invention, a plurality of pulse location candidate extraction units (38a to 38t) characterizes wave forms included in a vibration signal of a vibration sensor (VS) on the basis of predetermined specific shapes and extracts a series of pulse location candidates. A frequency distribution calculation unit (39) calculates the frequency distributions of pulse intervals and pulse intervalvariations for each of the extracted series of pulse location candidates. A distribution ratio calculation unit (40) calculates the distribution ratio of modal distribution relative to all frequencies for each of the calculated plurality of frequency distributions.
