Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a near-infrared spectroscopy technique-based material field identification device for plastic products. The device carries out detection by using a near-infrared spectroscopytechnique and belongs to the technical field of plastic detection. The device mainly comprises a device seal cover, a sample window, a wireless communication module, a vacuum tungsten lamp light source, a light-collecting prism, a parameter controller, a touch display screen, a temperature module, a humidity module, a light guide element, a light-splitting element, an array detector, a control circuit, a microcontroller, a portable power supply and a USB3.0 interface. A detection device can achieve fast nondestructive detection on materials of the plastic products; and the device is simple inoperation, high in measurement accuracy, low in cost, convenient and fast, and can be applied to spot checking of the quality of the plastic products.
