Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of manufacturing for composite materials, and relates to an impregnation process method capable of increasing the compression strength of a honeycomb corematerial made from water-soluble resin. The process method can be used for preparation for a honeycomb core material made from aramid paper, and is capable of increasing the compression strength of the honeycomb core material. According to the process method, impregnation resin is replaced by water-soluble phenolic resin, so that pollution to environment due to solvent evaporation is reduced; andmeanwhile, the content of free phenol of the water-soluble phenolic resin is far lower than the content of free phenol of traditional alcohol-soluble phenolic resin, so that the harm of the free phenol to operating personnel in an impregnation process is also reduced.
