Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a preparation method of citric acid grafted chitosan beads. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of chitosan-citric acid gel: adding chitosan into a citric acid solution, and stirring uniformly to obtain the chitosan-citric acid gel; 2) preparation of citric acid grafted chitosan wet gel beads: pouring the chitosan-citric acid gel obtained inthe step 1 into a burette, dripping the chitosan-citric acid gel into a sodium hydroxide solution with magnetic stirring, and collecting to obtain citric acid grafted chitosan wet gel beads; 3) preparation of citric acid grafted chitosan beads: performing freeze drying treatment on the citric acid grafted chitosan wet gel beads obtained in the step 2) to obtain chitosan-citric acid beads.
