Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high grade broiler culturing technology, and belongs to the technical field of chicken industry. The technology comprises the following steps: firstly, natural Chinese herbalmedicines are used and are decocted twice; then the Chinese herbal medicine filtrate is mixed with red bran water, microbial leavening agent, selenium yeast and organic chromium, and is mixed and fermented with self-prepared ingredients; then the fermented material and the complete feed are mixed and stirred according to the ratio of 3:10 for raising the broilers. The broiler-raising process is fully involved with microorganism. After 120 days of feeding, the flavor of the broilers can reach the flavor level of natural stocking.
