Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a pre-hospital first-aid system and method for sudden cardiac arrest patients based on cloud computing. The system comprises a user terminal carried by a sudden cardiac arresteyewitness, a first-aid terminal carried by a first-aider, and an emergency center platform. The identification information of the first-aid terminals equipped by all registered first-aiders is stored in the emergency center platform. The user terminal receives a call instruction input by the eyewitness and sends the same to the emergency center platform. The emergency center platform determinesthe current locations of all first-aiders based on the stored identification information of the first-aid terminals, and determines whether the distances between the current locations of the first-aiders and the user terminal is in a set range, and sends a distress signal to the first-aid terminal of the first-aider within the set range to the location of the user terminal.
