Zusammenfassung:A finite element simulation analysis method for winding process of one-sided humanoid bar is provided.bar The humanoid bar is a shell structure composed of two circular arcs with certain curvature incross-section, which are glued together. The humanoid bar is one of the main supporting parts of large spacecraft structure, and is also a driving and deploying mechanism which is worth studying afterthe bistable circular superelastic bar and podlike superelastic bar in cross-section. This method adopts ABAQUS simulation software to draw the components of the model and give the corresponding attributes to the components, creates the coordinate system, assembles all the components in the appropriate coordinate system, and uses the dynamic integration method in the analysis step. Based on the actual working condition of the humanoid bar, the interaction between the components and the load are created by considering the contact nonlinearity and the geometrical displacement nonlinearity.
