Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a GNSS monitoring network quasi-dynamic data processing method based on a static base line observation value. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, long-time static data segments continuously observed by GNSS receivers in a static mode are converted into a standard rinex format; secondly, long-time rinex observation data synchronously observed by each GNSSreceiver is truncated into short-time segments according to time points; and finally, the truncated short-time segments, having the start times under the same time point T, of different GNSS receiversare uniformly subjected to base line solution and network adjustment data processing, and then monitoring points coordinates of all monitoring points under the time point T can be obtained.
